Tasty Diet Meals.

Hi guys, please can anyone who knows some tasty (preferably simple) meals suitable for a someone on a diet post the recipes here. I am trying for the umpteenth year to lose a shit load of weight but tbh my idea of cooking has always been if it doesn't come ready made and you can't nuke it forget it.




EDIT: No shellfish or liver please as I am allergic to them.

I figure if I ask for help I have a slightly better chance of success. No point in being too proud to admit I need help and failing yet again.

Oh btw I have to avoid citrus fruits as they set my ulcer off which is an absolute bitch as I love oranges but last time I had a satsuma I was in agony for several days.

chicken salad's with a balsamic dressing

for snacks have a stock of fruit handy (fresh)

smothies

il think of more shortly

homemade soups always worth knowing how to make, and hardly any calories

make a big pot of it and it will do u for a couple of days, plus it can be frozen,

easy enough to make,

-soup veg (packet)
-barley mix (also a packet)
-stock cube
-and the obivous water,
-can season it to ur taste

Thanks guys, I have lost well over a stone since Ben dumped me as I have been too depressed to eat much of the time but a nice side effect is that he was really impressed when I told him and we had a good long talk.
