Perfect Chips
Put the fryer on at 130oc

Cut the chips (skins on taste better)

Soak the chips in water for the time it takes the chipper to heat the oil

When oil is upto tempreture drain chips and dry on a clean tea towel

Fry at 130 for 10mins

Remove chips and increase heat to 180oc

Fry chips till golden brown.

Result crispy chips with fluffy insides CHAMPION!
